
Note: Coffee breaks, lunches and dinners are included in the conference fee. Only lunches and dinners are included in the fee for accompanying persons. They will not have access to the conference rooms. Upon user application before 00:00 1 April 2025 (UTC+8), the registration fees already paid can be refunded after 11 April 2025. The refund amount will be the registration fee paid minus 50 RMB and platform service fees. Refund requests made after 00:00 1 April 2025 (UTC+8) will not be accepted.

1) For domestic participants
• After successful payment, you will automatically receive an email containing a link for invoice application. Click the link to submit your invoicing information. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder.
• On April 14th, the organizing committee will uniformly resend the invoice application link and the stamped version of the conference notification. Participants who need reimbursement are requested to submit their invoicing information before April 18th.
• Your invoice will be issued within 15-30 working days after the submission of your invoicing information, and it will be sent to your email address. Please kindly check your inbox.
2) For oversea participants
After successful registration and payment, the email filled in during registration will automatically receive the link to apply for the invoice. You can apply for the invoice through the link, and you will receive the invoice automatically.
